The pure ingredients of the warm massage oil penetrate deep into the skin and stimulate the nervous, blood, and lymphatic systems. The massage loosens and relaxes the muscles, tightens the connective tissue, and relieves pain – at the same time, the wonderful scent has a direct effect on the metabolism and mood via the nose. During the evening primrose oil bath, the guest is first oiled with a cream that covers the entire body. The main ingredient is evening primrose oil.

It is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose. The evening primrose is an ornamental, vegetable, and medicinal plant whose ingredients are unique in their composition. Evening primrose oil contains a lot of gamma-linolenic acid, which has excellent properties for treating many diseases. Through light sweating wrapped in a fleece and floating in a 37-degree soft pack bed, the valuable components of the oil can penetrate the deepest layers of the skin. It is therefore recommended to use it at the end of a day in the sauna and bathing.

Since the classic massage can only treat the shoulder, neck, and back area in a short time, a full body massage is offered as an alternative, which takes twice as long.
