Plunge pools and waterfall showers are the most common associations with the refreshing cooling down after sweating in the sauna. A quick walk outside in the fresh air is also popular – but unfortunately not always refreshing because it is not always cold outside.
The Ice Lounge provides relief, promising refreshment after a sauna bath all year round.
The central eye-catcher and source of the coveted cold is the ice fountain, from which – as the name suggests – the ice does not fall from above, but rather slowly grows above itself. A small frosty spectacle that is calming and of course invites you to grab one or two ice flowers and use them to cool down.
The structural design of the lounge provides additional “coolness” in more than one sense of the word
: the room, which is cooled to 16°C, is lined with backlit acrylic glass elements – in a perfect ice look, which is even reflected in the seating cubes and the ice fountain cladding.
The icy experience is completed by the built-in ATMOSPHERE by KLAFS , whose screens bring dramatic nature shots into the lounge in impressively high resolution: snow-covered peaks or drifting ice floes – the pleasant shivering will know no bounds!
