Important information about your wellness stay

• We do not have a hotel restaurant or bar.
   

  Lunch and dinner:

  • Comfortable in your bathrobe: the “ Bistro ” in the thermal baths “ Palais Thermal ” connected to us (open daily)
  • The numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance

  Bar:

  • Restaurant Cocktail Bar “Melange” (open daily)
    
  • Bar “Felicita” (closed on Mondays)
  • Art Cafe (open daily with SKY and DAZN)
  • “Koktelo” (open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Shisha bar “Blue Lounge” (open daily with SKY and DAZN)

• • Room cleaning every third day of your stay (towel change according to your needs)
  • The heating in the public areas is centrally set to a “defensive” setting ( but as low as “comfortable” possible at normal room temperature )
  • Connected thermal bath “Palais Thermal” no reduction in pool temperatures

If we have learned one thing during the pandemic, it is that planning a vacation can be very difficult – through no fault of your own. We would like to continue to give you as much flexibility as possible.

• Free cancellation up to 2 days before your arrival ( only when booking directly via our homepage )
• Free cancellation on the day of arrival in case of accommodation bans, closed borders, quarantine rules, etc.

We ask for your understanding that the thermal baths can only be used when the room is available.

The “Palais Thermal” can be used textile-free ( further details here ).

Monday – Friday*:
1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (bathing time approximately 9:30 p.m.)
Saturday + Sunday and public holidays*
10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (bathing time approximately 9:30 p.m.)

*Regardless of the opening hours mentioned above, as a hotel guest you can use the “Blue Bath” as well as the thermal water outdoor pool and the panoramic sauna exclusively every day from 8 a.m. or 9 a.m.

Additionally / alternatively, the “ Vital Therme ” is available to you daily.

The “Palais Thermal” can be used without clothing: swimwear must
be removed in all saunas. In all other areas, you can bathe with or without swimwear.

The “Blue Pool” is thoroughly cleaned every first Wednesday of the month and is only available on this day when the thermal baths are fully open.

Alternatively/in addition, you can use our “Vital Therme” free of charge, which is a two-minute walk away. Swimwear must be worn when using
this.

In our building “Rossini” in the Enz restaurant or, when the weather is nice, on the garden terrace on the Enz.
